Sub-Processor Disclosure

Prentis Technologies, Inc. (“Prentis”) uses the following third-party sub-processors to operate its Services. Each provider processes data under its agreement with Prentis and is not authorized to use that data for any purpose other than providing the Services, and, in the case of AI providers, is not authorized to use it to train or improve their own models.
Each provider also operates under its own privacy policy governing its independent data practices, which we encourage you to review; Prentis does not control or monitor those independent practices.
Prentis’s sub-processors are located in the United States; certain providers are global platforms that may process data in other regions in accordance with their own terms.
For details on how data is shared with these providers, please refer to our Privacy Policy, Section 4.4 (Service Providers). Background screening vendors are described separately in the Privacy Policy’s FCRA and background check provisions.
