This is permanent and cannot be undone. You can also do it in the app under Profile → Delete account.

Your account has been deleted
If you had a paid subscription, cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings so you aren't billed again.
What's deleted
- Your profile, name, email address, and mobile number
- Your jobs, diagnostic conversations, and reports
- Photos you uploaded
- Feedback, subscription record, credits, and app access
What we keep
- A one-way hashed record of your number and email, so a deleted account can't restart a free trial. It can't be reversed into your contact details.
- The attestation you accepted at signup, as proof of agreement.
- Usage and purchase logs, with your identity removed.
